Tasting notes

Deep, lightly brick, red colour. The nose is highly green, grassy and herbacious. Hints of raw potatoes. With air it cleans up a little with purer green Cab-notes and a hint of eucalyptus. Medium bodied in the mouth. Simple and a highly green fruit. Herbacious cab-notes. Some evolvement. Still lots of life though. Medium acids and quite light tannins in the finish. This is not of classified growth quality.
