Tasting notes

Deep brick-red colour. Brownish rim. THe nose is not completely focused. A bit old woody and not too pretty notes. Some hints of blackcurrant and a slight florality. In the mouth this is medium bodied with good concentration and a fine structure. But the fruit is not too nice. This has just never been a well-made wine. Some fine blackcurrant-notes and an underlying florality. But there is more dirty notes here and old woods on top. Good acidity for a Bordeaux and still quite a lot of tannins left in the back. Full of life, just not very fine fruit.
