This showed a lot of grenache-like typicity and was best on the nose. Deep red colour. Slightly bricking. Nose shows leather, earth,
oak, some nice floral high notes. Fine and typical grenache. Slight raisiny hints. Round style in the mouth. Good concentration.
Typical grenache-like balance of high alcohol, round acids and tannins. Fruit seems open now. Leathery, earthy hints of with some
oak. Medium length. Decent quality for a chateauneuf-du-pape, but nothing particular interesting. Drinks well now, but will keep some
years.
