This is nebbiolo vinified as a white wine. Light straw colour. Mineral nose with hints of sea, butterscotch and some tropical
elements. Light wine in the mouth. Acidic mouthfeel. Very high acidity here. Some anise in the fruit. Minerality and sea. Also some
sweeter elements. But simple fruit and not the most concentrated. Medium length. Usable food-wine, but unexciting.
