Dark purple colour. The intence nose shows smoke - almost ash, dark berries and some mineral. In the mouth this is a concentrated and
structured mondeuse. A lot of fruit and good depth. Quite smokey, peppery and dark berries. Even with this concentration and
structure it still provides the freshnesss and lightness of a mondeuse. Fine acids and some drying tannins in the back. A very fine
wine indeed with special character.

Dark purple colour, still quite transparent. Meaty nose, hints of dark berries, smoke and chalk. Medium bodied wine in the mouth.
Concentrated with a lot of fruit. Smokey and meaty. Some dark berries. Fresh style with good acids and lightly rustic tannins in
the back. Fine and typical wine.
