Cjanorie is a blue grape found in the Friuli, where it
spread from the area of Gemona and Pinzano al Tagliamento.
The producer Emilio Bulfon, which specializes in making
wines from old vines from the Friuli makes a varietal from
this grape.The grape gives a wine of medium acids and a
characteristic aroma.
