Tasting Notes

Straw colour. Balsamic, flowery nose. Hints of seaweed. Medium bodied in the mouth. Crisp style, not as ripe as the other timorassos I have tried. Fine acids and good balance. Fine fruit, perhaps not as mineral, but with fine floweryness, seaweed and hints of smoke in the finish. Well balanced alcohol. Fine food-wine.
