Straw, slightly browning colour. Another nice nose. Complex
and more flowery than the Le Due Terre with some honey, wax
and light oak. Full-bodied also in the mouth but seems
lighter than the Le Due Terre, although alcohol is higher
(14,5%). Well-balanced wine with slight fatness in the
front, a touch of oak, medium acids and some light tannins
in the back. Perhaps not the same depth as the Sacrisassi
bianci 2001, but drinking better now.
