Tasting notes
Red transparent colour. Lightly bricking. Slight fizz. Some bits floating around. Fine nose. Hints of fresh red berries. Citrus.
With some air shows quite a lot of wet stone, some mineral. Medium bodied in the mouth. Acidic, more white wine like balance in the
mouth. Fresh fruit. Red fruited, stoney approach. Fine fruit with some depth. Pure and refreshing. Not much oxydation. Improving in
the glass and shows a slight tannin-bite after a few hours. Fine and different wine which I like very much. Good food-wine.

This bottle was decanted for two hours. Red transparent colour, slightly bricking. Some CO2. The nose shows ash, fresh red berries,
wet stones and some yeast. Medium bodied and very fresh style in the mouth. A lot of fresh red berries, but with fine hints of ash
and wet stones. Acidic mouthfeel. Refreshing and intence. Some rusticity in the finish from the tannins. Very fine food-wine.

Unclear red colour, with time black hues. Nose shows fresh red fruits, citrus, stones and with air more and more ash. Medium bodied
and refreshing red wine in the mouth. Acid-driven with fresh fruits. Very good food-wine. Also a fine minerality in the fruit. Slight
tannins in the back. Decent length.

One last forgotten bottle. As the last one a few months ago was gone I did not have high hopes. But this was a very nice bottle of
this wine. Still the same red cloudy colour. Lightly bricking at the rim. Fine nose. Red berries. Actually very fruity with lots of
fruit at the core. Then anise-notes, ash, some florality. Fullbodied and again with a fine core of red fruits and brighter more lemony
hints. Anise, ash, with air more and more ash. Very fine fruit and quite complex. Fine acidity. Light tannins in the back. Good
length. Very good wine that drinks beautifully now. Great food-wine.
