Tasting notes
Straw colour. Lots of bubbles. Aromatic nose for a sparkling wine. Young and flowery fruit. Light yeasty hints and some hints of
biscuits. In the mouth it is still aromatic and flowery, but it behaves more like a sparkling wine. Bubbly and quite nice mousse.
Some yeasty hints, some biscuits. But the fruit is rather on the simple side. Could have had better depth. Good acidity. Not the
most refreshing sparkling wine, but decent. Medium length. A bit on the simple side, but good standard quality.
