This was a lightweight Moulin Touchais that seems to mature quite fast. But it has a refreshing backbone and is very good for the
price. Yellow colour. Lightly complex and typical nose for the grape. Hints of honey, wool, light wet forest-floor, smoke and flowers.
Fullbodied wine in the mouth. Half-sweet with fine acidic backbone. Medium concentration. Quite drinkable and open now. Some
complexity from the age. Wool, forest-floor, some marsipan. Good length.
