Fine looking bottle with high fill. Old, but well intact cork that comes out in one piece. Red-brown colour. Browning and quite
light. Typically evolved and quite complex earthy nose with hints of spice, leather and slight red berries. Medium bodied and fully
mature old wine in the mouth. Still has fruit and interest. Typical old-wine character of leather, earth, old dust. Some red berries.
Fully mature and slightly acidic in taste. But the fruit does grow a little with air and the wine shows a little more tannins in the
finish. Yet alive and actually improve over the 3-4 hours we drink it. Good for the price.
