A Graillot more on the rustic and meaty side. Typical Crozes-Hermitage with the hints of crushed pepper. Deep red colour. Slightly
bricking. Meaty nose with hints of crushed pepper. Some anise and light floral notes. Medium bodied in the mouth. Fine concentration
of maturing fruit. Good acidity, quite fresh style. Some tannins in the back. Good length. Drinks well now.
