This was a Champagne of tremendous quality. Finely evolved fruit and great structure. Straw/greenish colour. Surprisingly young
looking. Very fine mousse. Fine and complex nose. Evolved with hints of chalk, nuts, dark bread, citrus, minerality. Some earth.
Fullbodied and a highly structured blanc de blancs in the mouth. Slim and structured style. Fine fruit that is complex and evolved
with fine notes of dark bread, nuts and earth. High and cleansing acidity and long taste with citrus in the finish. Starts to drink
very well now, but this will last a long time.
