Deep golden colour. Botrytised nose. Hints of burnt bread, slight floral notes. Touch minerality. Powerful and lightly fat silvaner in
the mouth. Noticable sweetness, but rounded off. The fruit shows botrytis and some notes of burnt bread. Slight citrus and florality.
Fine, but not much depth. With more air a touch of minerality. Lots of life left. Perhaps even young. Medium to low acids. Good length.
