Yellow colour. Grape-typical nose. Amazingly fresh silvaner-character. Quite vegetal fruit. Lightly sweetish flowers, a light smokeyness
and slight minerality. Medium bodied and slightly sweet silvaner in the mouth. Almost dry. Balsamic and round mouthfeel, but with a
highly noticable bitterness on the finish. The fruit is again surprisingly fresh and obvious. On the vegetal side with hints of
dried flowers. Little minerality. Quite simple wine that is lacking depth. Medium acidity and some bitter elements on the finish.
Good length. This has kept amazingly well and is in no danger of falling apart for a long time yet. Very good.
