Onionskin colour. Fine mousse. Complex and biscuity nose. Hints of chalk, coffee and rasberries. Full-bodied, dry and crisp wine
in the mouth with high and cleansing acids. Foodwine. Quite complex. Some apple/citrus in the finish. Good length. Very fine.

Onionskin-coloured Champagne. Fine nose of bread, nuts, chalk and some lightly oxidative notes with hints of caramel. Medium bodied,
tight and acidic wine in the mouth. Fruit shows mostly bread and chalk. Good length. Fine, but not as good as the two other bottles.

Disgorged Sep.01. Onionskin-coloured wine. Great nose. Chalk, dried flowers, some biscuits, citrus and red berries. Fine depth.
Well-evolved and still fresh. Medium bodied Ambonnay-rose in the mouth. Very elegant wine for this producer. Fine mousse. Evolved fruit.
Biscuits, red berries. Slightly earth. Much chalk. Dried flowers. Very fine acidity and long citrusy finish. This was a great bottle and
a surprise that it aged so beautifully. Close to greatness.
