Deep amber colour. The nose shows dried flowers, forest-floor, old woods. Some citrus and caramel. Pretty, but not so complex and deep.
Acidic Ruwer-riesling in the mouth. Residual sugar rounded off, only a light sweetness showing. Still enough fruit, but slightly rustic
feel for this producer. Old woody, slight caramel mixed with the more usual Riesling-notes. A little simple style. High acidity.
Citrusy finish. Good length. Good, more than great wine.
