Tasting notes

Yellow colour. The nose shows citrus, petrol, flowers and fine minerality. Fullbodied riesling in the mouth. Sweet, but not that much for a Loosen-auslese. Fine concentration. Quite pure Treppchen-wine with a mineralic style. Some flowers, green apples. Young and refreshing wine with a cleansing and quite high acidity. Good length. Fine wine that needs a little more age.

Yellow colour. Nose shows citrus and petrol, some flowers and fine minerality. Fullbodied wine in the mouth. Good concentration. More minerality in the mouth. Some floweriness and petrol. Some sweetness, but drier than most ausleses from this producer. With high and cleansing acids and fine length. Very fine indeed. Will last, but drinking nicely now.

Yellow colour. The nice nose shows wet slate, petrol, some honey and dried flowers. Sweetish riesling in the mouth, but not as fat and big as many of Loosen's wines. This is better balanced and a lighter auslese. Fine fruit at it's top now with notes of wet slate, honey, lightly underripe floweryness. Fine acidity and good length. This seems on top now and drink very fine. Very good wine.
