Yellow, lightly brown, colour. Nose shows honey, flowers and earth. Fine depth. Showing more on day two. Fullbodied spätlese in
the mouth. Some sweetness. Quite honeyed fruit and a little Rheingau-like rusticness. Quite traditional style with some hints of old
wood and a touch of mint. Decent acids and length. A fine Franken-riesling made in the traditional style. Lightly rustic and with
good concentration. Can age for another 3-4 years.
