Tasting notes

Fine looking bottle with high fill and a waxed top. The short but fine cork came out in ine piece. Yellow/brown colour. A little caramelly nose (from ripening not from oxydation). Some evolvement and lightly smokey complexity. Some chalk in the background. Round and kind wine in the mouth with a very light sweetness. Some ripe notes of caramel, some smokeyness and with air a touch of chalkyness. This is shy of fruit, but shows no signs of oxydation. Medium acids, round and kind. Short taste. Too old now. Still drinkable, so finish this fast.
