This is hailed as the worlds best müller-thurgau. In this area the m-t is DOC, but as this wine is grown in vineyards planted at 1000
meters it is too high for DOC-regulations. So it is bottled as a VdT. This had a straw colour. Very mineral, stoney, cool nose. Also
much fruit. Still quite simple at this stage. Medium bodied, slim and very clean in the mouth. Simple fruit. Mineral. Nicely balanced
with good acidity. No oak. Low alcohol. Medium length. Very good wine, but too expensive as this is lacking complexity. Will it develop?
