Light straw/green colour. Clearly aged in steel. Some spritz.
Fine and elegant nose. Aromatic and flowery with the typical
Pechstein-notes of wet damp stones which I guess is from the
basalt in the vineyard. Good body. Dry and elegantly styled.
Aromatic. Young and flowery fruit with some minerals. Finely
balanced acids. Some spritz showing. Good length.
This is a fine Pechstein and a fine young trocken riesling
from the Pfalz. More on the elegant side and with a good
balance in the mouth. Also greatly priced. Buy more.
