Yellow/lightly golden colour. Small fine bubbles. Lots of them left, especially for the age. Pretty nose. Hints of toast, coffee,
lots of flowers, Iodine. Lacking the chalk and minerality of a Champagne, but this shows nice depth. Fullbodied Franciacorta in the
mouth. Lots of dark bread and coffee-notes. Autolytic style. The fruit is mature now, but still quite intense with the typical
floweryness, iodine and some citrus. Pretty acidity. A touch of bitterness on the finish. Good length. This has kept well and is
still on top. But from here it is only downhill. Very good wine.
