Tasting notes

This is a total overkill. A violation of your senses. Amber-brown colour. Intense and sweet nose. Lots of botrytis, raisins and caramel. Hints of citrus, some passion-fruit and pine-needles. Thick and very rich wine in the mouth. The attack is very violent on the mouth. Extreme concentration. The fruit is highly botrytised at this stage. Quite rustic and oxidative. Some tropical hints in the fruit, citrus and caramel. The sweetness is balanced though by the high acids. Everlasting taste. A monument. Try again in a very long time. Is this the most concentrated trockenbeerenauslese ever??
