This bottle had a great fill. But through the glass I see the wine is very light, looking more like a white than red wine. It has
loads of sediment. Cork opens nicely and I decant of the sediment. The colour is indeed very light. A touch red colour at the core,
but almost lost all pigmentation. Just a touch of reddish hue left. But on the nose it shows that it still is alive. Very fine nose.
Fragrant. Lots of florality at first. Tartufi, old dust. Slight VA. Delicate and fragile high-notes. Light nebbiolo in the mouth.
Still fruit left. Shows more old dust. Fragile florality that disappears more and more with air. It becomes simpler with air.
Fine acids. Some light tannins still fighting in the back. As mature as it gets. A nice experience as it still was drinkable.
Very good.
