Red colour. Pretty nose. Floral, with hints of rasberries, slight compost and minerality. Medium bodied in the mouth. Little oak and
leaning towards a more traditional style. But very pure and delicate Gevrey-Chambertin. Very fine floral notes, some rasberries,
some evolved notes. Fine and refreshing acidity. Tough finish showing quite some tannins. Delicate flavours in a tight structure.
This was great upon opening, but the wine completely died in the glass after three hours. So drink now and don't decant.
