Straw colour. Pretty nose with lots of autolytic character. Hints of viscuits, dark bread, yeast. Some aromatics like flowers and
a little minerality. Quite powerful spumante in the mouth. The fruit shows again lots of autolysis. Complex with a mineralic and lightly
flowery background. The mousse is a little rough. Fine acidity and long taste. This, to me, unknown spumante from Gini is surprisingly
good and places itself as one of the most interesting sparkling wines outside of Champagne.
