By many regarded as the best Greco di Bianco around.
Umberto Ceratti uses quite peculiar winemaking-technics.
This vintage had a quite deep golden and browning colour.
The nose was complex showing apricot, coffee, flowers,
honey. Some oxidative notes. In the mouth this was a
powerful and sweet dessert-wine with good fruit
concentration, medium acidity and a long somewhat bitter
finish. A bit rustic style, but not as much as old style
vinsanto. The nose is best. Good.
