Yellow colour. At first the nose is very muted. Opens up with an hour to shows minerality, yellow fruits, smoke and anise. Powerful
wine in the mouth as white Hermitage typically is. Medium concentration and quite structured in style. Salty minerality, lots of
yellow fruits and smokeyness. Some anise. Typical style. Clear, but not the deepest vintage from Chave. Medium acidity. Dry and
structured finish. A more lightweight, less interesting vintage of this wine. Still a good bottle of wine.
