Yellow/green colour. Very fine nose. Floral, perfumed. Lots of high-notes. Hints of wax, honey, dark bread. Quite chenin-like.
Perhaps a little shy, but with a great depth. Medium bodied and lightly sweet Silvaner in the mouth. Some fatness. Mature slightly
herbacious ruit. Ripe fruits. High-notey perfume. A little faded fruit, but still very fine. Medium to low acidity. Obviously a warm year.
Good length. Some dark bread in the finish. This was a surprisingly good wine that is greatly drinkable now. But the fruit seems to have
slightly started to fade, so drink now.
