Yellow colour. Intence mineral nose with hints of smoke and seaweed. Actually resembles a Pouilly-fume. On the second day the nose
shows more evolvement; some petrol and more complex. Quite fullbodied for a kabinett trocken. Good concentration, mineral fruit, some
green notes and smoke. Completely dry with good acids and elegant style. It drinks far better on day 2. Give it a couple of more
years. Fine riesling kabinett trocken.
Arnt Egil Nordlien Tasting note: June-06
Straw colour, quite deep for kabinett. Mineral, stoney nose, quite pure mineral. Some flowers and on day two a little petrol, but not
much aromatics here. Fullbodied and dry kabinett in the mouth. Concentrated and mineral fruit. Lightly green notes. Fine acids and
length. Fine dry kabinett that will age fine.
