Tasting notes

Yellow colour. Nose shows grass, smoke, mineral and a touch of petrol. Some evolvement. Fullbodied sylvaner in the mouth. Dry and a mineral approach. Fine wine drinking well now, but can age. Medium acids and good length. Fine silvaner with good depth and concentration.

Straw colour. Fine nose of green leafs, chalk and dark bread. Fine minerality and typical for a Franken silvaner. Fullbodied and structured silvaner in the mouth. Young and quite tight wine. Fruit shows a little development with a touch of dark bread and fine chalkiness, but the wine is more closed than on the nose. Dry and fine acidity. Good length. This is a very fine dry silvaner, that needs another 3-4 years to reach the top.

Straw colour. Lightly vegetal nose with hints of green leafs, chalk, flowers and minerals. Young and a little akward stage. Medium bodied and dry silvaner in the mouth. Good concentration. Lightly rustic fruit with a lot of minerality. Chalky and mineral. A little tight and ungiving right now. Fine acidity and medium length. Needs another 3-4 years to open up. Good.
