Yellow colour. Nose shows grass, smoke, mineral and a touch of petrol. Some evolvement. Fullbodied sylvaner in the mouth. Dry and a
mineral approach. Fine wine drinking well now, but can age. Medium acids and good length. Fine silvaner with good depth and
concentration.
Arnt Egil Nordlien Tasting note: July-06
Straw colour. Fine nose of green leafs, chalk and dark bread. Fine minerality and typical for a Franken silvaner. Fullbodied and
structured silvaner in the mouth. Young and quite tight wine. Fruit shows a little development with a touch of dark bread and fine
chalkiness, but the wine is more closed than on the nose. Dry and fine acidity. Good length. This is a very fine dry silvaner, that
needs another 3-4 years to reach the top.
Arnt Egil Nordlien Tasting note: June-07

bodied and dry silvaner in the mouth. Good concentration. Lightly rustic fruit with a lot of minerality. Chalky and mineral. A little
tight and ungiving right now. Fine acidity and medium length. Needs another 3-4 years to open up. Good.
