Straw colour. Pretty nose. Leafy silvaner-notes. Minerality, chalk. Some ripe fruits, some woodland strawberries. Very powerful and
dry Silvaner in the mouth. Loaded with fruit. Oily fatness upfront. Clearly very ripe grapes in this bottle. Some ripe fruit-notes.
Yet fine minerality. Some fine leaf-notes. Chalk and woodland strawberries. Fruit shows some evolvement. Medium acidity. The finish
shows some typical bitter-elements and alcohol is high. This is a very good wine, but it seems unnecessary big and fat. Try giving
it another 3-4 years.
