Yellow colour. Nose shows slight honey, some green notes, oil and earth. On day two it shows more complexity, more mineral but also
it's earthy side. In the mouth this is off-dry and quite round and kind. It is less concentrated than the Julius-Echter-Berg, has good
acids, but is a little shorter on taste. The mineral character is more earthy. The wine shows far better on day two. With more fruit
and mineral complexity. It is close to the quality of the Julius-Echter-Berg.
This will also gain from another 2-3 years in the cellar.
