Straw colour. Pretty nose. Lightly evolved silvaner with hints of grass, bitter flowers, minerality some earth. Medium bodied in the
mouth. Fine fruit, good concentration for a kabinett. Evolved and on top right now. Cut grass, citrus notes and minerality. Crisp and
very fine acidity for this grape. Very pretty smaller scaled silvaner. Drink now.
