This bottle had a little low fill. Golden colour. Nose shows oxidation. Hints of old wood, spice. Intense, but not so clean.
Fullbodied and quite dry silvaner in the mouth. Lots of concentration and fruit. Somewhat oxidized. Some woodland strawberries, old
woods, chalk. There is some nice things in the fruit. Medium acidity. Good length. All in all a quite big and dry silvaner with some
depth. Hope for a better bottle next time without the oxidation.

This was a better bottle. High fill and cork in excellent condition. The colour is yellow/lightly golden. It has a great nose. Typical
and intense. Complex and highly evolved. Vegetal notes, chalk, some woodland strawberries, lots of sweetness. Some citrus. Fullbodied,
dry and concentrated Franken silvaner in the mouth. Clear and very evolved fruit that has kept a lot of intensity. Lots of chalk and
dark bread-notes. Vegetal silvaner-notes. Some citrus, but could perhaps have a little fresher aromatics. Medium to good acidity.
Good length. Very good wine. No oxidation in this bottle.
