Yellow, lightly amber, colour. Deep for a kabinett. The nose shows minerality, steel, wet stone. Some citrus, dried flowers and
lightly caramel. Seems old, but with a fine and interesting minerality. Fullbodied kabinett in the mouth. Again very fine minerality.
The fruit is fading. Not much left. Some citrusy notes. Acidic balance. Citrusy finish. Still good and showing that it comes from
a noble site.
