This was an old, but well aged kabinett that gave a slim and complex impression with it's refreshing structure. Light amber colour.
Nose shows citrus, faded flowers, petrol, slate. Light kabinett in the mouth. A bit old-fashioned style, but with a fine and evolved
fruit. Hints of faded flowers, citrus, petrol, some complexity. Fine depth. High and refreshing acidity and long citrusy finish.
This has aged gracefully and is my favorite among the Dominikanerberg-rieslings I tried.
