A lighter riesling trocken that seemed evolved and ready to go. Straw colour. Fine nose. Evolved. Hints of wool, honey, dried flowers.
Fine depth. Dry wine in the mouth. Quite light on it's feet. Mature and evolved fruit. Seems ready to go. A bit wooly. Some dried
flowers. Medium acidity. Fine for this einzellage. Medium length with some citrus in the finish. Good.
