Straw colour. The nose shows flowers, botrytis and some earth and a fine minerality. Young and unevolved. This needs a lot more
time to show it's best. Som finer notes with air. Powerful and sweet spätlese in the mouth with lots of concentration. The fruit
shows a great deal of botrytis. The botrytis brings some rusticity. But this is also not a ripe wine for the vintage. The floweriness
and minerality gives a more underripe impression. The acidity here is very fine and balances almost the sweetness. Good length with
minerals on the finish and also a slight bitter-note. This was a good Paradies from Müllen, but one that needs more time to round
off more of the sweetness and for the fruit to come out.

Straw colour. The nose shows bitter flowers, apricot, light mineral notes. Quite sweet riesling spätlese in the mouth. Powerful, yet
beautifully balanced with fine underripe fruit with hints of flowers, apricot and fine acidity for the vintage. Good length. Perhaps
a little simple. Try aging for 10 years. Good.
