Straw colour. Pretty nose. Flowers, minerality. Some apricot, but this is remarkably cool for the vintage, which comes from
the north-west facing slope. Sweet wine in the mouth, but fine acidic structure. Mineral and flowery fruit. At first a little
closed, but opens up nicely with half and hour of air. Some hints of spontaneous fermentation. Some ripe apricot-fruit. Medium
to good acidity. Good length. Still on the young side. Needs another five years. Great wine.
