Tasting notes

Dark violet colour. Medium large bubbles. Very fruity on the nose. Sweet and aromatic. Hints of raspberries, darker berries. A touch of anis, flowers and spice. After the nose it is surprisingly dry and refreshing in the mouth. Again it is extremely fruit. Lots of raspberries, a touch of spice. Simple and refreshing style with fine concentration. Acidic and dry finish. Little tannin. Drink chilled on a hot day. Nice enough for that.
