From Vertus, 100% pinot noir from "vieilles vignes". Light red colour. Decent mousse. Nose shows red berries, earth and more mineral
depth than normal for this style of Champagne. Medium bodied and quite serious saignee-Champagne in the mouth, still with quite a
rustic balance of acids, bubbles and light tannins in the back. Perhaps the most serious saignee I have tasted to date though.
