Tasting notes
Violet-red colour. The nose shows pepper, raspberries, notes from the spontaneous fermentation. Highly aromatic and on the ripe side.
Quite tight and fresh wine in the mouth. Loads of fruit. Seems a tad ripe and very aromatic. Typical pinot d’aunis. Pepper, florality,
dark berries. Fine acidity and lightly biting tannins in the back. Good wine for the price. Fine introduction to pinot d’aunis.
