Tasting notes

Light yellow colour. Highly mineral and petrolly nose. Hints of flowers, slate and grapefruit. Not the fullest auslese in the mouth. Sweet, but with an acidity to match it. Fine fruit. Mineral style. Slate, petrol, apples. Some complexity. Citrusy finish. Drinks quite well now. Good for the price.

Yellow/greenish colour. Nose shows petrol, minerality and grapefruit. Medium bodied auslese in the mouth. Some sweetness, but well matching acidity. A bit simple fruit perhaps. Fine slate and minerals. Hints of flowers. Some grapefruit in the finish. Good length. Seems a little sweeter and perhaps less evolved than previous bottle.

Yellow colour. Nose shows petrol, earth, some slate. Medium bodied, quite light for an auslese. Fine balance of sweetness, acids. 10% alcohol. Ok structure. No great depth and lightly on the rustic side. Drinks well now. Good for the price I once paid.
