Tasting notes

Straw/yellow colour. Very pretty nose. Mineral, evolved complexity. Honey. Lightly ripe fruit. Sweetish and fullbodied auslese in the mouth. Lots of clean and fine fruit. Some fatness and noticeably a ripe year. Still this shows lots of fine minerality. Little botrytis. Some honey and ripe fruit-notes. The wines seems to have evolved a lot of complexity and has gained from being cellared. The acid is a tad low in the balance, but fine for this hot vintage. Medium length. Fine and very interesting wine.
