Deep brown colour. Fantastic nose. Typical complex hints of old dust, caramel, oxidative fruits. But most prominent is a fine
floral nose with hints of lilies. Huge complexity and depth. Medium bodied Marsala in the mouth. A light sweetness, but this
dolce has rounded-off most of the sweetness. Mature fruit now. Old dust, caramel. Perhaps starting to fade now, showing some more
bitter elements. Rustic style. Low acids. Good length. Some bitterness on the finish. Will be remembered for the tremendous nose.
Great wine.
