Straw colour. A little large bubbles in the glass. Fruity nose. Pinot-dominated. Hints of flowers, yeast, biscuits. Some oak and dark
bread. Fullbodied and fruity sparkling wine in the mouth. Quite creamy style with some sweetness. A little high dosage. Lacks a little
depth. The fruit becomes a bit too sweet and flowery. But fine and crisp acidity. Good length. Fine sparkling wine, but a little expensive for
the quality.
