Deep yellow colour. Lots of colour here. But nothing to worry about. The fine nose shows citrusy with lots of minerality and slate.
Typical undermature '90. Some hints of petroleum and honey. Powerful and structured riesling spätlese in the mouth. Perhaps bigger
than deeper. Sweetish mouthfeel with lots of citrusy notes. Slatey notes and a fine minerality. But not that deep. Slight hints of
honey. The acidic zip is great, leaving a tigh and structured finish. Citrusy and long. This is a very good riesling that is
drinkable now. But I wonder if it will open up something more with another 2-3 years in the cellar.
